BREGMAN, Henry. (Hamburg, Germany, June 8, 1896--Dubuque, IA, Jan. 18, 1971). Bregman was an educator in the DUBUQUE COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT for forty-two years including twenty-eight as an administrator. He was the principal of FULTON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL.

Bregman was instrumental in establishing the WASHINGTON RELAYS and after retirement supervised the Sheltered Work Shop in Dubuque. His grandson was musician Chuck BREGMAN.
