KEY CITY LAND AND DEVELOPMENT COMPANY. A land development company initially interested in developing between fifty and sixty acres in the northern part of the city south of the race track, Key City Land and Development was established in 1891.

Among the thirteen stockholders were Christian A. VOELKER, Paul TRAUT, John KLEINSCHMIDT and Mathias M. HOFFMAN, Sr..
