BUELOW, C. J. (Sioux City, IA, Jan. 8, 1923- ). Bank executive. The retired president of HARVEST SAVINGS BANK (formerly Dubuque Savings and Loan Association), Buelow is a graduate of DUBUQUE SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL and LORAS COLLEGE.

Active in the community, Buelow served as president of the Parent Teacher Association and the DUBUQUE COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT Board of Education.
