BLINKS, Barbara. (Dover, DE, Feb. 21, 1942--  ). Educator.  Beginning in 1964, Blinks worked in the [[DUBUQUE COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT]] as a classroom teacher; cataloger, elementary school library collections; and learning resource center teacher.  She was also an instructor of children's literature at [[CLARKE COLLEGE]] from 1977-1978.
