FERRING, Robert. (Rev. Msgr.) (Waukon, IA- ). Chancellor, [[ARCHDIOCESE OF DUBUQUE]]. Ferring, a member of the [[LORAS COLLEGE]] staff since 1958, was a co-founder of the Upper Midwest Honors Association for small universities and colleges. He also served as national secretary-treasurer of Delta Epsilon Sigma, the national Catholic honors society.
