FULLER, Lynn G. (Mason City, IA-Maquoketa, IA, July 13, 1978). Fuller's financial career began in his father's bank. In the early 1930s, he helped establish a moratorium on the foreclosure of Iowa farm mortgages as a banker in Des Moines.
