FULLER, Lynn G. (Mason City, IA--Maquoketa, IA, July 13, 1978). Fuller's financial career began in his father's bank. In the early 1930s, he helped establish a moratorium on the foreclosure of Iowa farm mortgages as a banker in Des Moines.
Fuller was named to the Board of Directors of DUBUQUE BANK AND TRUST COMPANY in 1951 and served as the bank's Executive Vice-President through 1966. He was succeeded by his son, Lynn S. FULLER.
