WISSEL, Cyril. (Dubuque, IA-Dubuque, IA, June 20, 1976). President of H&W Motor Express Company. On September 26, 1927, Wissel co-founded, with Urban J. HAAS, the H&W Motor Express Company. Wissel was also president of Dubuque Storage and Transfer Company.
