KARIGAN, Andrew. (Messenia, Greece--Dubuque, IA, May 16, 1980). Karigan, in the restaurant business for forty years and founder of the popular KARIGAN'S RESTAURANT, was one of the founders of ST. ELIAS THE PROPHET GREEK ORTHODOX CHURCH.
