TONY'S CAFÉ. The 1955 through 1966 Dubuque City Directory listed 62 Locust.
In October 1960, Robert KEHL and his wife Ruth KEHL, purchased Tony's Café from Tony Helling. In 1967 the business was renamed ROBERT'S SMORGASTABLE AND RESTAURANT.
