The 1868 Guide, Gazetteer and Directory of the Dubuque & Soux (sic) City Railroad stated that this business was located on 7th between White and Clay.
The 1868-69 Dubuque City Directory listed the southeast corner of Main and 1st.
The 1873-74 Dubuque City Directory listed Main ws 4 s of First.
