Scott, Sandra. (Dubuque, IA-- ). A graduate of WAHLERT CATHOLIC HIGH SCHOOL and BAYLESS BUSINESS COLLEGE, Scott in 1998 had worked thirty-two years as a County Program Technician with the FMHA helping farmers and rural residents in need of financial assistance. (1)

In addition to holding many offices in the Chateau Chapter of the American Business Women's Association; she served as member of the board of the Little Cloud Girl Scout Council, its vice-president and president; member of the Human Rights Commission; and the board member of the Dubuque County Fine Arts Society. In 2002 she served on the Liturgy Committee of St. Raphael's parish, parish council, Deanery Committee of Dubuque and the Pastoral Council of the ARCHDIOCESE OF DUBUQUE. (2)
