POLFER, Clem. (Dubuque, IA, Aug. 29, 1915-- ). Clem and his wife Angie started the HI-ACRE DAIRY soon after they married in 1937. This led to the creation of the HI-ACRE DAIRY MILK HOUSE on University in the 1950s and later the Hi-Acre Dairy Milk House on Windsor and West Locust.
