HI-ACRE DAIRY MILK HOUSE. The business was an outgrowth of the development of the HI-ACRE DAIRY in 1937. The first milk house related to the dairy was opened on University in the 1950s. (1)

The 1968 through 1972 Dubuque City Directory listed 423 W. Locust (No. 4) and (No. 1) at 1875 University.

The 1974 Dubuque City Directory listed only 1875 University.
