ONEYEAR, Steve "Fuzzy." On March 24, 2018 Oneyear was inducted into the Iowa Bowling Hall of Fame. Inducted into the DUBUQUE BOWLING ASSOCIATION HALL OF FAME in 2000, Oneyear joined the staff of IMPERIAL LANES AND LOUNGE soon after it opened in 1973. Since then he competed in twelve national bowling tournaments and thirty-one Iowa State Bowling tournaments with eight top-five finishes in the latter. He finished first in the open team event in 1986 and was the singles state champion in 1990 with a state-record 761 series. In 1992 and 1993 he won back-to-back titles in the Dubuque Big 10 Tournament.

Among the other accomplishments in his career were five career 300 games, two 299 games, one 298 game and five 11-strike games. He had four career victories in the Great Iowa Bowling Association tournaments and toured the nation as a member of the PBA for four year with a career-best finished of 18th at a regional event. In 2017 he was the manager of the bowling and pro shop at CRESLANES.
