NORTH STAR LIVERY STABLE. Cushing opened his livery in 1886 on the corner of White and 18th STREETS and supplied it was buggies and cutters manufactured by the CONNOLLY CARRIAGE MANUFACTORY. (1)

The 1890-91 Dubuque City Directory listed 18th and Couler.
