JAKE SIEVERS. The 1878-79 Dubuque City Directory listed the west side of Main between 2nd and 3rd.
According to the 1880 and 1883 Dubuque City Directory, his restaurant was located at 261 Main. A bar and hotel operated by him was located at the same address.
