HOWELL, David A.
Howell, David A. (Fennimore, WI,-- ). An internist with MEDICAL ASSOCIATES CLINIC PC (THE) from 1953 to 1989, Howell served as chief of staff for XAVIER HOSPITAL, FINLEY HOSPITAL (THE), and MERCY MEDICAL CENTER and was a member of the Mercy board from 1982 to 1989. He also served on the MOUNT PLEASANT HOME Board of Trustees beginning in 1997 and the Lifetime Center Task Force and board from 1993 to 1997.
Howell was the president of the board of the Ram Booster Club from 1968 to 1974. From 1992 to 1994, he served as board president of the DUBUQUE SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA and member of the board of the DUBUQUE FIGHTING SAINTS.
