HIGLEY, John. (Dubuque, IA, Dubuque, IA, Oct. 23, 1986). Higley co-owned HIGLEY-MEYER ELECTRIC COMPANY for thirty-one years.
A member of the airport commission that he chaired in 1976, Higley also served on the development boards of CLARKE COLLEGE and the UNIVERSITY OF DUBUQUE. He was a former officer in the Dubuque County Beekeepers Association and the DUBUQUE AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE.
