SCHROMEN, Kenneth R.
SCHROMEN, Kenneth R. (Dubuque, IA, July 15, 1928--Dubuque, IA, Jan. 27, 2001). Businessman. Schromen was the owner of the KEN SCHROMEN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY. He retired in 1983. Schromen was also the founder of the Dubuque Homebuilders Association.
A licensed pilot, Schromen was past president of Chapter 327 Experimental Aircraft Association, National Experimental Aircraft Association, and the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association. He received national recognition in 1995 for constructing his personal aircraft which was displayed at the EAA annual air show at Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
