JOSEPH MELLOY-ALBERT J. HARTIG HOME. This QUEEN ANNE ARCHITECTURE home was constructed for Joseph Melloy, a local land developer, in 1906. From 1913 to 1953 the home belonged to Albert J. HARTIG. The home has undergone years of renovation and in 2007 received a well-earned Dubuque County Historical Society Restoration Award.
