JESTICE, Vincent C. (Rev.) (Dubuque, IA- ). Educator. In April 1970, Jestice announced he would be leaving his position as superintendent of schools in the ARCHDIOCESE OF DUBUQUE. A 1958 graduate of LORAS COLLEGE, Jestice had held the position less than one year. He was succeeded by Rev. Russell BLEICH, assistant superintendent of schools.
