BRIGGS, Wayne. (Dubuque,IA-- ). Businessman. In 1996 Briggs and Eric Lucy began Platinum Services, Inc., an insurance company. Among his many real estate projects have been Tiffany Ridge residential subdivision off West 32nd street, Platinum Plaza, Hilton Garden Inn, Women's Wellness Center, and a branch of Liberty Bank. His building rehabilitation efforts have included the former Weber Paper Company building on Main Street and the Star Brewery in the Port of Dubuque. In 2008 he had plans for a retail development on the site of the former DUBUQUE PACKING COMPANY and development of property that belonged to the ADAMS COMPANY in the Port of Dubuque.
