FRAATZ, F. C. (Germany, 1855-- )Fraatz emigrated to the United States in 1858 and to Dubuque in 1879. He worked in the drug firm of JUNKERMANN & HAAS until January 1884. He then formed a partnership with T. H. Clark in a general drug business.
