SHIREMAN, Andrea. (July 2, 1944--Dubuque, IA, Aug. 25, 2018). Shireman operated the Washington Neighborhood Center & Homeless Shelter for more than twelve years. She also helped organize Christmas dinner events at LORAS COLLEGE to help those in need and the "End of Summer Bash" (Become Active, Stop Homelessness).
