WHITLOW, Kathryn E. (Harper, KS, Nov. 20, 1921--Dubuque, IA, June 25, 2011). Married to Marvin "Whit" WHITLOW, Kathryn was a longtime member of the board of trustees of CLARKE UNIVERSITY. She served on the Student Life Committee and the Development Committee. She was aso a member and chair of the Board of Directors of East Dubuque Savings Bank. She was a volunteer at the Mercy Gift Shop and a member of Thereseans. (1)
Whitlow donated $1 million upon her death to support the Clarke's endowment fund. (2)
