KAISER, Vincent J. (Jamestown, WI, Aug. 14, 1923--Dubuque, IA, Apr. 2, 1997). Manager. Kaiser worked eighteen years for the DUBUQUE COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT as its manager of buildings and grounds before retiring in 1988. The business agent for Carpenters Local 678 for five years and a field inspector for the DURRANT ARCHITECTS for five years, Kaiser also served on the Dubuque Dock Commission from 1964 to 1971.
