WOODLAND THEATRE. On February 16, 1914 the Woodland Theatre, owned by Zangmeister and Ructe, was sold. It was the first theater on the hill and had been in business for one year. (1)
The 1913 Dubuque and Dubuque County Directory stated that this business was located at 663 Julien Avenue.
