HEDLEY AND BROWN. Druggists. In 1899 John E. Hedley was operating a drug store listed as John E. Hedley & Company at 940 Main when he opened a branch store with William K. Brown at 298 Main. The original store was closed after 1900, and the Hedley & Brown store continued in business through 1909. In 1910, Hedley sold out and Brown remained the owner of the store.
