B. B. RICHARDS-1492 LOCUST
B. B. RICHARDS HOME. This STICK ARCHITECTURE home was constructed in 1883 by local architect, F.D. HYDE, for Benjamin Billings RICHARDS. It remained in the Richards family until 1989 when it became the home of Theodore Richards ELLSWORTH.
The four-story home is constructed in Stick style (a variation on the Queen Anne style) mansion with Eastlake detailing.
