HERRMANN, William Jacob. (Dubuque, IA, Jan. 24, 1915-Dubuque, IA, Dec. 2,1988). Former president, Dubuque Audubon Society. Hermann served as president of the DUBUQUE COUNTY HISTORICAL SOCIETY and was a board member and president of the Dubuque Audubon Society. He was also the chairman of the trustees for IMMANUEL CONGREGATIONAL CHURCH.
