BELL, Frank. (Dubuque, IA, Sept. 15, 1860--Dubuque, IA, July 2 1927). John BELL and Nanny Richards Bell came the Dubuque in 1837. Frank, their son, attended the First Ward School (renamed Franklin).
He was the president of BELL BROTHERS COMPANY, director of SECOND NATIONAL BANK, and a director of the IOWA OIL COMPANY (IOCO).
