BUECHELE, John P. (Dubuque, IA, June 19, 1874--Dubuque, IA, Nov. 30, 1951). A graduate of the School of Watchmaking at Bradley University in Peoria, Illinoia, Buechele returned to Dubuque to open his business.
He owned and operated the BUECHELE JEWELRY STORE at 1042 Main Street from 1896 to 1938. He was also a member of the Marquette Court, Catholic Order of Foresters. He helped to organize it and served as its first treasurer.
