LUCKRITZ, James R. (Dubuque, IA, July 5, 1946--Dubuque, IA, Mar. 27, 2015) The son of Wilfred and Elva (Hopkins) Luckritz, James graduated from DUBUQUE SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL and attended the UNIVERSITY OF DUBUQUE and CLARKE COLLEGE.
