Eleanor Roosevelt Middle School marked two important milestones in the [[DUBUQUE COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT]]. It was the first new school in the district in thirty-five years and it marked the beginning of the K-5, 6-8, and 9-12 academic divisions of the district. Sixth graders who had been elementary students were relocated to middle schools and one of the largest staff realignments in the district was carried out. | |||
