WALTZ, John J. "Hank."  (Dubuque, IA, June 13, 1917--Dubuque, IA, June 22, 1992).  Founder and president, Washington Street Neighborhood Association.  Waltz, an active member of the Democratic Party, served on the advisory board and board of directors of [[AQUINAS INSTITUTE]].  He was also a founder of the Dubuque Field Archers Association and the Washington Tool Library.
