DUBUQUE KIWANIS CLUB. Chartered in 1920, the Dubuque Kiwanis Club was the third Kiwanis Club founded west of the MISSISSIPPI RIVER. Also known as the Dubuque Downtown Kiwanis Club, the organization met at noon Mondays at the JULIEN HOTEL.
