COLLIER, Robert Hutcheson II. (Dubuque, IA, June 29, 1896--Dubuque, IA, May 30, 1966). Beginning as a buyer of hardwood, Collier was named assistant treasurer (1927), director (1932) and served as treasurer of CARADCO from 1945 to 1947 when he was named vice-president.
Collier served on the board of directors of LINWOOD CEMETERY and was a member of the Dubuque Cultural Commission. He also was a member of the DUBUQUE COUNTY HISTORICAL SOCIETY and the DUBUQUE GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB.
