BLEICH, Russell (Rev.) (Miller, IA- ). Metropolitan Coordinator, ARCHDIOCESE OF DUBUQUE. In April 1979, Bleich succeeded Rev. Vincent C. JESTICE. The same year Bleich received the National Catholic Education Association's Presidential Award, the highest honor conveyed by the group, for his leadership and service to Catholic education nationwide.
