SCHROMEN, Kenneth R. (Dubuque, IA, July 15, 1928--Dubuque, IA, Jan. 27, 2001). Businessman. Schromen was the owner of the KEN SCHROMEN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY. He retired in 1983. Schromen was also the founder of the Dubuque Homebuilders Association.
