WEBER PAPER COMPANY. "More Than Just Paper." Weber Paper was formed in 1951 by Albert V. Weber, James L. Weber, and Fred W. ASCHENBRENER. The company moved into the former location of the KEY CITY STEAM CANDY COMPANY at 136 Main Street in 1960.
