O'TOOLE, Thomas P. (Dubuque, IA--Dubuque, IA, 1961). O'Toole was the senor partner of the Thomas P. O'Toole & Sons office supply company. He served prior to WORLD WAR I with the military on the Mexican border in 1916. During the war, he was in the infantry in France.
In 1958 he ran for office unopposed. He suffered from a heart condition that kept him for some session of the 1961 Iowa Legislature where he was serving his second term.
