O'TOOLE, Thomas P. (Dubuque, IA--Dubuque, IA, 1961). O'Toole served with the United States military on the Mexican border in 1916. During WORLD WAR I, he served in the infantry in France.

O'Toole was the senior partner of the Thomas P. O'Toole & Sons office supply company. This later became O'TOOLE OFFICE SUPPLY COMPANY.

In 1958 O'Toole ran unopposed for political office. Iowa Representative O'Toole suffered from a heart condition that kept him for some sessions of the 1961 Iowa Legislature where he was serving his second term.
