Located in the southern half of Section 19 and 20 and the northern half of Sections 29 and 30 in Dubuque Township, the school was located on-quarter mile west of Heacock Road on the southern side of Middle Road.  This district merged with the [[DUBUQUE COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT]] on July 8, 1963.
