SCHROMEN, Kenneth R. (Dubuque, IA, July 15, 1928--Dubuque, IA, Jan. 27, 2001). Schromen was the owner of the KEN SCHROMEN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY until he retired in 1983. Schromen was also the founder of the Dubuque Homebuilders Association.
A licensed pilot, Schromen was the past president of Chapter 327 Experimental Aircraft Association, National Experimental Aircraft Association, and the Aircraft Owners and Pilots' Association.
