DUBUQUE BUGGY TOP COMPANY. The first annual meeting of the company was held February 6, 1893. The company had been organized in March, 1892.  Directors of the company included [[KIENE, Peter|Peter KIENE]], [[TREDWAY, Harry Ennis|Harry Ennis TREDWAY]], [[MYERS, Dorrance Dixon|Dorrance Dixon MEYERS]], Joseph Stoltz, Frank Duggan, Solomon Smith and Ben Kentz.
DUBUQUE BUGGY TOP COMPANY. The company was organized on March 24, 1892.  Production was to include buggies, carriages, spring wagons, buggy-tops, cushions, and lazy-backs. The company was expected to open  for business in what was named the Hodge Building at the foot of 7th Street in late April, 1892. (2)

Directors of the company included Peter KIENE, Harry Ennis TREDWAY, Dorrance Dixon MEYERS, Joseph STOLTZ, Frank Duggan, Solomon Smith and Ben Kentz.
