GALLOGLY, William. (Burley, ID-Dubuque, IA, Jan. 6, 1977). Businessman. Gallogly, the principal partner in the firm of Spensley, Gallogly, and Brown Insurance Agency, came to Dubuque in 1937.

Affiliated with the American Institute of Property and Liability Underwriters, Gallogly was a member of the Business Advisory Committee of the [[VISITING NURSE ASSOCIATION]] and served as chairperson of the Visiting Nurse fund drive. Under his chairmanship, a fund drive was able to raise sufficient money to allow the VNA to purchase a site for their organization at 412 Loras. He was also a board member of the Dubuque Boy Scout Council, business advisory board of the [[GIRL SCOUTS]], and a member of the National Woodcarvers Association of America.
