CULLEN, Kenneth J. (Dubuque, IA, July 17, 1921--Ocho Rios, Jamaica, Dec. 3, 1973). Cullen was the president of CULLEN, KILBY, CAROLAN AND ASSOCIATES. A former city engineer, Cullen was an elected officer of the National Society of Professional Engineers, American Public Works Association, Consulting Engineers Council of Iowa and the United States, and the Iowa Engineering Society. He was the son of Walter H. CULLEN.
