HOULAHAN, Francis J. (Monsignor) (Walker, IA, Dec. 3, 1905--Dubuque, IA, Nov. 9, 1987). Educator. Father Houlahan, a graduate of LORAS COLLEGE and from August 1933 to September 1934, the assistant pastor of ST. PATRICK'S CATHOLIC CHURCH, was appointed dean of studies at the college in May 1941.
