DUBUQUE SOCCER ALLIANCE. Initial supporter in 1993 of a proposed $750,000 seven field soccer complex. In May 1993, the [[DUBUQUE COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT]] agreed to lease the group 54 acres of property west of the Northwest Arterial and Kennedy Road for ten years at $1.00 per year. The District retained the right to twelve acres, in the event it needed to construct a school, and first priority to use the fields.
